The Mwabvi Wildlife and Community Trust, which is responsible for the development of the Mwabvi Wildlife Reserve in south Malawi's Lower Shire Valley, recently launched a website for those interested in spending some time volunteering at Mwabvi.

Volunteers can get involved in a range of projects including road-building, researching flora and fauna, community engagement with local schools and helping take care of lion cubs.

The volunteer programme is run by Project Director, Barry Kerr, and details of the projects on offer can be viewed here.
